About the Role

Talenteria LLC is seeking an Overnight IT Support Specialist to ensure seamless operations for our global clients and internal teams outside of standard business hours. Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-line IT support to internal and external users during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to incident reports, service requests, and technical issues via ticketing system, email, and chat
- Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and escalate critical issues as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Document issues, solutions, and processes for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff and resolution of ongoing issues
- Ensure data security protocols and backup procedures are maintained
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Participate in on-call rotation, responding to priority issues outside shift as required

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role (minimum 1-2 years)
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management platforms
- Familiarity with remote access tools and SaaS troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities during overnight hours
- Willingness to work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus
